The Drunken Ship is an American owned and managed bar with an international clientele. We have been established since 1994. We are located in Campo dei Fiori, one of the most visited squares in the historic center of Rome, known for its colorful food market and nightlife. The Drunken Ship is open 7 days a week from 4:00pm-2:00 a.m.

We are famous for our lively atmosphere and our student discounts. We have DJ’s from around the world playing all the latest and classic hits. The Drunken Ship's bartenders are famous for their original and extensive cocktail list - OH YEAH AND THE FACT THAT THEY GET NAKED ALL THE TIME! ;-)

We start off the day with happy hour from 4-8, which includes pitchers of beer, frozen cocktails, and our free gourmet buffet. If you need some memorabilia from Rome we have t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, shot glasses and key chains for sale – all with The Drunken Ship emblem.

Our weekly specials will make you fall off your barstool.

However, during the early hours of the evening the atmosphere is a bit more relaxed. You may choose from our extensive wine list while sampling our gourmet cheese platter or simply sit back and enjoy a cappuccino. Once the sun goes down and you can’t imagine going into one more church or museum the Ship’s specials are ready to go!

Summertime at The Ship is definitely an experience you shouldn’t miss because you never know what you are in for. One day you may walk in and there will be a toga party and the next time there may be a beach party, but our favorite is the 70’s jive party. You can always count on the student discounts, happy hour, air conditioning, ice and the best frozen cocktails in Europe. All of us at The Drunken Ship have backpacked through Europe so we know how to cater toward your needs. Our great happy hour prices and our staff we will make you feel right at home.
